Canal frontage, lagoon views, and resort-style living in the coast's best-known master-planned community.
About Our Service
Twin Waters is the Sunshine Coast's most complete master-planned community, and its layout is the reason photography here works differently. Built around a central saltwater lagoon and a network of canals, the estate's value is distributed across water frontage, golf course aspect, and proximity to the lagoon beach — three quite different premiums that a buyer cannot assess from a street-level photograph.
Motion Creative photographs throughout Twin Waters, Pacific Paradise, Mudjimba and Maroochy River. The market is a mix of established family homes, substantial canal-front residences, and lower-maintenance villas bought by downsizers who want the estate's security and amenity without a large garden. What unites them is that buyers are purchasing a position within the estate as much as a house.
Water frontage is the headline premium, and it demands specific handling. A canal-front home needs the water in frame with the house, the pontoon or bank treatment shown clearly, and — where the property has one — the boat access established. These frames are the difference between a canal-front listing reading as premium or reading as ordinary.
The estate's amenity is part of every campaign here. The lagoon, the beach, the golf course, the walking circuits and the resort next door are genuine reasons buyers choose Twin Waters over a comparable house elsewhere. Lifestyle frames that show that amenity belong in the set, because they answer the question a buyer from outside the area is actually asking.
What We Offer
Canal-front homes, golf-aspect residences and villas — interiors and exteriors delivered within 24 hours.
Films that carry a buyer through the house and out to the water, the lagoon and the estate beyond.
Close to essential here — aerials are the only way to show a home's position on the canal network and its relationship to the lagoon.
Canal-front twilights with the water holding the last of the light — the standout frame for premium estate listings.
Clear plans for larger family homes and villas, generated from a scan taken on site during the shoot.
The lagoon, the beach and the golf course — the estate features that explain why buyers choose Twin Waters.
Coverage
Local Expertise
Aerial coverage does more work in Twin Waters than in almost any other suburb we shoot. The estate's value is positional — which canal arm, how far from the lagoon, whether the golf course sits behind — and none of that is legible from the ground. A single well-composed aerial answers questions that a dozen ground-level frames leave open. Whether one can be flown at a given address depends on the site and the conditions on the day, and we confirm it before the shoot.
Canal-front homes reward being photographed from the water side as well as the street. The rear elevation is usually the better one, the outlook is the reason for the premium, and the pontoon and water access need to be unmistakable. We shoot these properties from both aspects as a matter of course rather than treating the street frontage as the primary elevation.
The estate's western canal aspects catch the evening light beautifully, and twilight work here is genuinely worth scheduling rather than adding as an afterthought. Water holds colour after the sky has gone, and a canal-front twilight consistently outperforms every other frame in the set for click-through on a portal listing.
Villa and downsizer stock needs a different treatment from the large family homes. Buyers in this segment are assessing low maintenance, single-level access, security and lock-up-and-leave suitability. Photographing a compact villa the way you would photograph a five-bedroom canal-front home undersells exactly the qualities that its buyer is looking for.

FAQ
More than almost anywhere else we shoot. The estate's value is positional, and where a home sits on the canal network is very difficult to convey from the ground. Whether an aerial can be flown at a particular address depends on the location and conditions on the day.
Yes, as standard. On most canal-front properties the rear elevation is the stronger one and the water frontage is the reason for the premium, so photographing only the street frontage undersells the home.
It is one of the few suburbs where we actively recommend it. Water holds colour after the sky has gone, and canal-front twilight frames consistently outperform the rest of the set on portal listings.
Yes, and we shoot them differently. Villa buyers are assessing low maintenance, single-level access and lock-up-and-leave suitability, so the set is built to answer those questions rather than to imitate a large-home campaign.
