How quickly will I receive my photos?
All photography is delivered within 24 hours of your shoot. Video is delivered within 48 hours. Rush delivery is available on request — just ask when booking.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
Not necessarily. Many agents provide us with access instructions or a key. As long as we can get in, we can handle the rest — just include details in your booking notes.
What should the property look like before the shoot?
Clean, decluttered, and well-presented. Remove personal items from surfaces, make beds, clear the kitchen, and ensure the garden is tidy. We'll advise further when confirming your booking.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Absolutely — and most agents do. Photography, video, drone, twilight and floor plans can all be completed in one visit, saving time and ensuring consistent quality across all content.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We monitor weather closely and will contact you if conditions may affect the result. We can reschedule with no penalty for weather-related cancellations. Sky replacement is also available for exterior shots.
Do you cover areas outside the Sunshine Coast?
We're based on the Sunshine Coast and cover the full region from Noosa to Caloundra. For properties further afield, get in touch and we'll confirm availability.
